4.- Los precios están reflejados en Dólares serán facturadas en esa moneda y podrán ser pagadas en Dólares o en Pesos M.N. al tipo de cambio del diario oficial del día del pago.
5.- No se aceptan cancelaciones de la orden de compra, contrato o pedido.
6.- Los UPS´s monofasicos o bifasicos que no NO REQUIEREN la puesta en marcha
